Baiser

Baiser is a watch built just for watch stacking. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look of us pairing the watches up with the bracelets we’re going to sell as a set. We’re SO super stoked and can’t wait to get these into the stores!

Baiser means “hook up” basically… the perfect hookup is between these watches and a bunch of awesome bracelets!

Inspiration: Opals

polishWe are always thinking up new products for Boum. One of my favorite new up-and-coming trends is a new kind of glittery nail polish, one with flecks.

They remind me of opals, and inspired me to see if we could get a similar texture on one of our watch dials. This has been done by the big boys- Dior and Piaget have watches with real opal dials. So rich! The one in the image above is by Dior. Below is the Piaget:

These aren’t in the works yet, but it’s definitely something for the moodboard! Would you wear it?

Gateau

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at our vertically striped watch, the Gateau. If you haven’t figured it out yet, all of our collection names are party-themed french words- gâteau means cake!

This yummy watch was designed with Pantone’s 2014 spring palette in mind. Hemlock, Cayenne, Radiant Orchid, Dazzling Blue, Freesia, and then of course we couldn’t resist throwing in a soft pink!

We highly suggest utilizing colorblocking and try out a few watch stacks with these versatile watches. And the Dazzling Blue watch would go perfectly with a nautical outfit, just sayin’!

Confetti

Glitter was one of our main inspirations for this brand. What girl doesn’t love glitter?!

The Confetti features a simple dial with real glitter (not just a photo like some other watches out there…), and a genuine leather wrap-around band in six different colors. These colors are going to be the hottest for 2014, so stock up!
